Soil Conveyor Belt

Soil Conveyor Belt is mainly composed of two end drums and a closed conveyor belt which is tightly sleeved on them. The drum that drives the conveyor belt to rotate is called driving drum (driving drum); the other drum that only changes the direction of the conveyor belt movement is called changing drum. The driving drum is driven by a motor through a reducer, and the conveyor belt is driven by the friction force between the driving drum and the conveyor belt. The driving drum is usually installed at the unloading end to increase the traction force, which is conducive to dragging. The material is fed by the feeding end and falls on the rotating conveyor belt. It is driven by the friction of the conveyor belt and discharged at the discharging end.

The body frame can be made of aluminum, stainless steel or carbon steel. The belt is made of rubber, rubber, PVC, PU and other materials. The drive can be selected by two types of geared motors and electric drums. The speed of the conveyor can be configured as a fixed speed or adjustable speed control method. The continuous or intermittent movement of the conveyor belt can be used to transport various light and heavy items, which can transport various bulk materials as well as various cartons and bags.
