Quarry Conveyor Belts can transport all kinds of materials economically and effectively. In industrial production, belt conveyor can be used as a link between production machinery and equipment to form a continuous production, so as to realize the continuity and automation of production links, improve productivity and reduce labor intensity. Conveyor belt moves according to the principle of friction transmission. It has the advantages of large conveying capacity, long conveying distance, smooth conveying, no relative movement between material and conveyor belt, less noise, simple structure, convenient maintenance, less energy consumption and standardization of components.

Commonly used are rubber belts and plastic belts. The rubber band is suitable for working environment temperature between -15 ~ 40 °C. The material temperature does not exceed 50 °C. The upward spread of the bulk material is 12° to 24°. A pattern rubber band can be used for large dip conveying. The plastic belt has the advantages of oil resistance, acid and alkali, but has poor adaptability to the weather, and is easy to slip and age. Bandwidth is the main technical parameter of the belt conveyor.
