Roller Conveyor

Roller conveyor relies on rollers to complete the conveying. It can transport various boxes, bags, pallets and other pieces of goods, bulk materials, small items or irregular items, and can also transport a single piece of material with a large weight, or a heavy load. Features and Benefits

1. Flexible layout: with straight, turning, inclined and other conveying lines, various forms of conveying lines such as branching and confluence can be formed according to needs, and the conveying lines are easy to be closed.

2. The connection method is simple and compact: the lifting platform can be used to make up for the height difference requirements of the process and equipment to form a three-dimensional conveying line, which is convenient for connection and matching with the production process equipment.

Disadvantages: However, due to the small distance between the rollers, the number of rollers on the conveying line is large. When the conveying distance is the same, the equipment investment is higher than other conveying methods.

How Roller Conveyor Works

When the roller conveyor is started, it is continuously conveyed forward through the rotation of the roller, so as to achieve the purpose of material conveying.

(Note: To ensure smooth conveyance of the goods, at least three rollers must be in contact with the conveyed material at any point in time.)
