Solution: It is necessary to strengthen the inspection of the running condition of the roller, strengthen the inspection, and timely remove the bulk material on the the round screw die and the roller.

5. Deviation caused by uneven material distribution

If the material is unevenly distributed on both sides of the belt, the belt conveyor will be unevenly stressed. If the bulk material is biased to the left, the belt will be deflected to the right and vice versa.

Solution: The uneven distribution of bulk material is mainly caused by the incorrect direction and position of the bulk material at the belt receiving point. Just adjust the falling direction and position of the bulk material to make it evenly distributed on the belt,and if  the bulk material is biased to the right, the belt will be deflected to the left.
